Based in Muharraq, we are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Director to oversee our facilities portfolio and drive operational efficiency across diverse properties and client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and managing facilities operations across maintenance, safety, and support services
• Developing and implementing strategic facilities plans aligned with organisational objectives
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Overseeing vendor management, contract negotiations, and service-level agreements
• Driving innovation in sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency
• Preparing budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for senior leadership
• Building strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Mentoring and guiding facilities managers and operational staff

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in facilities management leadership at a senior level
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and operational standards
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in FM software and Microsoft Office
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of Bahrain’s facilities management industry and regulatory framework is highly advantageous
