Job Description:

We are seeking a responsible and attentive CCTV Monitoring & Surveillance Officer to monitor and review CCTV camera footage, ensure security compliance, and report any suspicious activities or incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor live CCTV camera feeds and recorded footage.
• Identify and report suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety concerns.
• Conduct routine checks to ensure all cameras and recording systems are functioning properly.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, and daily monitoring reports.
• Coordinate with management and security personnel regarding any security-related issues.
• Review CCTV footage when required for investigations and incident reporting.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of surveillance data.
• Report equipment malfunctions and follow up on maintenance requirements.
• Adhere to company security policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in CCTV monitoring, security, or surveillance is preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to operate CCTV systems.
• Strong observation and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good communication and reporting abilities.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
