Network Specialist – Job Brief

The Network Specialist is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the organization's enterprise network infrastructure to ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing connectivity. The role includes administering Cisco-based networking equipment, wireless networks, firewalls, VPNs, internet connectivity, CCTV network infrastructure, and network monitoring systems.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Information Security, or a related field.
• Bahraini National.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in enterprise network administration.
• Professional networking certification such as Cisco CCNA, CCNP, CWNP, or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade network infrastructure.
• Manage Cisco switches, routers, wireless networks, firewalls, VPNs, and network access control (NAC).
• Configure VLANs, routing protocols, and network segmentation.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and bandwidth utilization.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues.
• Optimize network efficiency and ensure redundancy and resiliency.
• Support internet connectivity, CCTV network infrastructure, and network monitoring systems.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in enterprise networking, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to maintain a secure, resilient, and high-availability network environment.

Pay: From BD700.000 per month
