We are seeking a qualified and experienced Information Systems Manager to manage and oversee the organization's IT operations, information systems, and technology infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring system reliability, data security, and efficient technology solutions to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily IT operations, systems, networks, and infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain business applications, databases, and information systems.
• Ensure data security, system reliability, and proper access controls.
• Monitor system performance and coordinate troubleshooting when required.
• Lead IT staff and manage technical support activities.
• Plan and implement IT upgrades, improvements, and new technology solutions.
• Manage IT projects, vendors, and external service providers.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Ensure IT systems align with organizational requirements and business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT management or information systems.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, databases, and information security.
• Proven experience managing IT operations, projects, and technical teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work effectively in a professional environment.
