• Ensure that all guests receive prompt and friendly service.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure company standards are met.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and effectively.
• Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
• Create and manage staff schedules based on business needs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Manage inventory and place orders for supplies when necessary.
• Monitor cash handling and financial transactions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operations reports.
