- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.

- Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
- Create and manage staff schedules based on business needs.

- Manage inventory and place orders for supplies when necessary.
- Monitor cash handling and financial transactions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operations reports.
