Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Create and publish job advertisements across various recruitment platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring manager interviews.
- Perform candidate reference checks and employment verification.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with Bahrain labor law and company policies.
- Coordinate offer preparation, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking records.
- Develop relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and professional networks.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics for management review.
- Support HR activities related to employee onboarding and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within Bahrain or the GCC. Freshers also welcomed
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Currently residing in Bahrain.
- Available to join immediately.
