Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Create and publish job advertisements across various recruitment platforms.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring manager interviews.
  • Perform candidate reference checks and employment verification.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with Bahrain labor law and company policies.
  • Coordinate offer preparation, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking records.
  • Develop relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and professional networks.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics for management review.
  • Support HR activities related to employee onboarding and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within Bahrain or the GCC. Freshers also welcomed
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Currently residing in Bahrain.
  • Available to join immediately.

Work Location: In person
