وصف الوظيفة:
نبحث عن موظف مبيعات لديه مهارات جيدة في التواصل وخدمة العملاء، ويكون مسؤولًا عن استقبال العملاء، فهم احتياجاتهم، تقديم المنتجات والخدمات المناسبة، وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

  • استقبال العملاء والتعامل معهم بطريقة احترافية.
  • تقديم شرح واضح عن المنتجات والخدمات والعروض.
  • تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية المطلوبة.
  • متابعة العملاء والرد على استفساراتهم.
  • تنفيذ عمليات البيع وإتمام الطلبات.
  • المحافظة على ترتيب ونظافة منطقة المبيعات.
  • بناء علاقات جيدة مع العملاء وتحسين تجربة التسوق.
  • التعامل مع الملاحظات والشكاوى بطريقة مهنية.
  • متابعة المخزون وإبلاغ المسؤول عن أي نقص في المنتجات.
  • التعاون مع فريق العمل لتحقيق أهداف الفرع.
  • الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات الشركة.

المتطلبات:

  • خبرة سابقة في المبيعات أو خدمة العملاء تعتبر ميزة.
  • مهارات تواصل وخدمة عملاء جيدة.
  • القدرة على تحقيق أهداف المبيعات.
  • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
  • الالتزام والانضباط في العمل.
  • القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.
  • إجادة اللغة العربية، والإنجليزية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
