Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Admissions Officer to lead our admissions operations and support student-related administrative functions. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth and professional experience for prospective and current students, while maintaining compliance with academic and institutional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full admissions cycle from enquiry to enrolment
- Evaluate applications and ensure alignment with academic and visa requirements
- Provide expert guidance to applicants, parents, and school counselors
- Support student-related administrative processes including registration, records management, and compliance
- Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to ensure seamless student onboarding
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in university admissions or student administration
- Strong understanding of UK higher education systems and international admissions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and student information management
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
