We are looking for a friendly and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join a well-established hotel's Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent guest service, ensure smooth service flow during meal periods, and contribute to a positive dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
  • Serve food and drinks promptly, following service standards
  • Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude
  • Maintain cleanliness and setup of the dining area, including table settings
  • Process bills and handle cash/card payments accurately
  • Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
  • Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times
  • Upsell menu items where appropriate

Requirements

  • Good communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Well-groomed, polite, and guest-focused attitude
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Team player with the ability to multitask under pressure
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
